Custom printed Desk Pads and Note Pads are useful in the office environment but are also very popular as promotional items.

When printed with your company logo they are perfect for sending to clients or giving out at events, providing a subtle reminder of your business throughout the year.

A3 (420mm x 297mm - Portrait or Landscape)
A4 (297mm x 210mm - Portrait or Landscape)
A5 (210mm x 148mm - Portrait or Landscape)
A6 (148mm x 105mm - Portrait or Landscape)
DL (210mm x 99mm - Portrait or Landscape)

Paper Weight:
100gsm.

Sides Printed:
Printed to the face of all the sheets, all parts alike.

Ink Colour:
Printed in full colour.

Sheets:
50 or 100 Sheets per Pad.

Glued Edge:
Glued at the top as standard, short edge for DL (unless requested otherwise).

Finishing:
Grey Board Back.

Optional Extras:
Sequential Numbering, Front Cover (plain or printed), Drilled Holes (2 or 4).

Margin:
We recommend a 10mm margin on all edges, this must be within the page size ordered. Not applicable if your design bleeds (see below).

Bleed:
If your design bleeds from the edges of the page then we will require 3mm of bleed on all edges (e.g. A4 with bleed would be 303mm x 216mm).

Resolution:
Minimum of 300dpi

Sequential Numbering:
When designing artwork that requires sequential numbering, please use font Arial 18pt as a guide for the amount of room that is required for this. When uploading artwork for your order, please supply 2 PDF files; a visual showing the numbering position for reference and a second print ready PDF file with the numbering removed.

Drilled Holes:
Please allow a 20mm margin within your page size for drilled holes.

File Format:
Although we can print from artwork designed in Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar), please always export to a Print Ready PDF.

Your order, payment and print ready artwork must be received by 4:00pm to receive your order on the estimated delivery date shown. Orders placed after this strict cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

Artwork supplied that is not print ready may delay your chosen turnaround.
